The procedures taken to ensure that our hair is of the highest quality and moral value. Our hair is 'remitted' by the donor, thus the word 'Remi' is derived. The hair is kept intact and not separated or picked up from 'brushed' or 'fallen' hair. This means that the cuticles all run in the same direction, Any coloring of the hair is done with the most minimal of processing, in order to maintain the natural state of the hair. All of these factors eliminate tangling and frizz, and ensures long lasting and healthy hair extensions.
Keratin tipped hair extensions are the most natural bonded extension method, due to the fact that our own hair makeup contains the protein, keratin! This means that there is zero to minimal damage to your own hair by using this method of semi-permanent extension. Any damage that could be caused is pretty much due to the way it is maintained whilst on the wearers head!

What is Keratin?
Keratin is an essential protein found in our own hair makeup. It is very strong and difficult to dissolve, hence the reason it is not only the most natural and safest bond to use on our hair, but also the least likely to break down over time and with the treatment it receives.
How do l pick the right color for me?
Simply choose your color direct from the colour swatches on this website! Do not worry if you are a shade or two lighter or darker…..the hair extensions will blend.

NOTE: If your hair has regrowth, you should match the extensions to the ends, if you are planning to stay this color. This is to avoid noticing where your hair ends and where the extensions begin.
Can l treat it as l would my own hair?
Of course! You can iron it, style it and even color it! Keep in mind though, that the extension hair is not receiving the same oils and nutrients from your scalp that your own hair does, so it is recommended to refrain from bleaching them. If you must colour the extension hair, it is recommended that a lighter color is purchased, and use a semi-permanent color to color it darker.
Will Keratin tipped hair extensions damage my own hair?
As long as you are prepared to maintain them, as well as your own hair, you should be fine. Obviously, there are other factors to consider when thinking about semi-permanent extensions, such as your diet and health, for example. There is always an element of risk associated with any self-enhancement procedure, but damage to your own hair is very rare with semi-permanent extensions, as long as you keep an eye on them, and remove them immediately if any reaction or damage occurs, and if you are happy with them, maintain them! We always recommend simply popping in about 10 of them and wearing them for about a week before applying a full head. This is the case for all brands of extensions.
Are Keratin tipped extensions uncomfortable?
No. If they are applied correctly, you shouldn’t feel them much at all after a few days of getting used to them. There may be times when you run your hands through your hair and realise that it is so much longer than you expected! That will be your reminder that you are wearing extensions!
How do l know it really is human hair and not plastic or animal hair?
Dennipep hair is guaranteed NOT to contain any plastic or animal hair. Our hair is 100% human Remy hair. How to care
It is recommended that you use only shampoos and conditioners that are low in oils and moisturizers. Other types may break down the bonds and cause shedding.
Your hair will need to be washed and moisturized once a week, preferably twice. Pay particular attention to the ends.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly spritz the hair with warm water, and brush it with a paddle brush or comb it with a wide tooth comb before washing. Start from the bottom and work your way up. Apply one hand with pressure to your head next to the attachment points, so you are not putting pressure on the extensions. Try actually holding your hair pony tail style when brushing, so you are not putting pressure on the extensions.
Apply a small amount of shampoo, and massage gently into the scalp, going in between each attachment, ensuring you are thoroughly cleaning your scalp. Do not scrunch or twist your hair as you normally would. This will cause tangling. Just work your way down the hair shaft gently.
Rinse with water.
Condition in the same way as shampooing, but with a wide tooth comb, gently working your way up the hair from the bottom. Repeat. Rinse well.
Apply a leave in conditioner, and gently comb the hair with a wide tooth comb to eliminate any tangles that may be present after washing.
Let dry naturally or gently blow dry on low heat. Do not apply irons or high heated blow dryers until hair is completely dry.
Feel free to straighten, curl and style your hair to your hearts desire after it is completely dry.
SLEEPING WITH KERATIN HAIR EXTENSIONS
Never go to bed with wet hair.This is no good for your hair, and frankly, not good for your health either.
Keep your hair protected during sleep by braiding or plaiting it and then wrapping it in a cover. This is the best method known to prevent frizzling and tangling during the night which can damage the extensions over time.
HOT HINT: Even though the hair can be colored and ironed, etc, keep in mind that they are not receiving the nutrients and oils that our own hair does, so where possible, don't brush harshly or apply chemicals and heat when not needed. Doing so can damage our own hair, let alone hair not getting the same nutrients! Most of us use iron stylers nowadays, so simply ensure you follow the above care advice, and never forget to moisturize your hair, especially the ends!

Firstly I'd like to say that I have had your clip in products for over a year and I use them regularly and am so impressed by the product as it has remained shiny and healthy looking. Dennipep hair extensions are covered by a 7 day return policy*, where an exchange or refund may be possible.
Hair can only be returned if the wrong colour has been delivered, and where the hair has not been worn, coloured or treated in any way apart from what is mentioned here.
All 50pcs must be sent back in the same condition as it was delivered. This means it must be in the packaging and tied at the top as it was when delivered to you. It is assumed that the only time the hair would have to be removed from the pack is to check the colour match and to test the 100% human hair claim by running a hair styler through it to ensure that no synthetic or anything other than human hair is present.
Any returns after the 7 day period will not be accepted.
*Postage costs not included in warranty.
