How to care
Simply wipe the iron over whenever required to look shiny and new again.
When required, use a cotton bud to clean around the plates, to remove any 'gunk' that may have built up there from using on hair.
It is best to store the iron in a Dennipep hair styler holder. If you decide not to do this, neatly store it in a cupboard or drawer away fom water and/or dampness. Do not wrap the cord tightly, instead simply loosely looping it and laying next to the iron.
NOTE: Always make sure the iron is turned off an not plugged into the power outlet when cleaning.

Warranty terms if you have bought the item direct from Dennipep.
7 day 'change of mind' warranty.
Once you get it, you are welcome to send it back if for some reason you are not happy with it, within this time.
12 month manufacturers warranty.
One of three things will occur in the instance of a warranty claim:
1. The item will be repaired.
2. Where repair is not possible, or viable, you will recieve a replacement of the same model iron, or a newer one if same is no longer available.
3. In the even that neither of the above occurs, you will be offered a refund OR store credit.
Refunds are always at the discretion of Dennipep.
