The procedures taken to ensure that our hair is of the highest quality and moral value. Our hair is 'remitted' by the donor, thus the word 'Remi' is derived. The hair is kept intact and not separated or picked up from 'brushed' or 'fallen' hair. This means that the cuticles all run in the same direction, Any coloring of the hair is done with the most minimal of processing, in order to maintain the natural state of the hair. All of these factors eliminate tangling and frizz, and ensures long lasting and healthy hair extensions.

How do l pick the right color for me?
• Simply choose your color direct from the colour swatches on this website! Do not worry if you are a shade or two lighter or darker…..the hair extensions will blend.

• Email us a picture of your hair! We are very savvy here at matching colors this way.

• Post us a swatch of your own hair. Take it from an inconspicuous place, such as at the nape of your neck, and up under your hair about 2 inches
or
• Order a color ring from us! This is handy for future purchases, or even if you are planning to have your hair colored before buying our extensions. Just take it to your colorist to match up to the color you wish to purchase!
NOTE: If your hair has regrowth, you should match the extensions to the ends, if you are planning to stay this color. This is to avoid noticing where your hair ends and where the extensions begin.
Can l treat it as l would my own hair?
Of course! You can iron it, style it and even color it! Keep in mind though, that the extension hair is not receiving the same oils and nutrients from your scalp that your own hair does, so it is recommended to try to keep them in their original condition and if you must color them, to refrain from bleaching them. If you must colour the extension hair, it is recommended that a lighter color is purchased, and use a semi-permanent color to color it darker.
Will Clip Ins damage my own hair?
No. They simply clip in and out! After all, the reason they are so famously popular is exactly for this reason!
Are the clips uncomfortable?
No. In fact, you shouldn’t feel them at all. They are flat and secure. You may even end up going to bed wearing them because you forget they are on your head!
How do l know it really is human hair and not plastic or animal hair?

How to care
Your new clip ins should be treated withas much love and attention as yourgive your real hair. If they are looked after properly, they will last for a very long time, retain their natural shine and brilliance, and be free from any problems or defects.
If you don’t wear product, or much of it, and you wear the extensions only once or twice a week, you shouldn’t need to wash them often at all.
If you wear them every day, and wear product in them alot, then maybe you would want to wash them once a week or once a fortnight.
In any case, you will be able to tell when you should wash them, by they way they look and smell, just like your own hair!
INSTRUCTIONS
Begin by gently combing out any knots or tangles that may have naturally occured just like your own hair. Use a spray-on conditioner if required.
Fill a sink up with water and add about a tablespoon of a mild shampoo, or one that is specially for hair that has been chemically treated.
Let the extensions soak in the water for about 5 minutes, and without scrunching them up, just swirl them around in the water to encourage circulation and lathering.
Remove from the water and rinse.
Fill the sink up again and add another tablespoon of good conditioner to the water, and maybe a little to the hair extensions themselves, and sit in the water again for a couple of minutes.
Swirl them around again, and take them out. With your index and middle finger on either side of each extension piece, simply squeeze the water out of the hair, by moving down the hair from the top to the bottom.
Apply a leave in conditioner, and gently comb the hair with a wide tooth comb to eliminate any tangles that may be present after washing.
Lay your extensions flat or hang them to dry. If you prefer, hold each piece up and blow dry on low heat until they are dry.
To style, feel free to use a hair iron on them after they have dried. As with our own hair, it is not a good idea to use a hot iron on wet hair.
HOT HINT: For the best care when you are not wearing your extensions, you should always place them in ‘storage’. Our hair storage system is perfect for this. They will keep your Clip Ins neat, tidy, clean and free from dust when you aren’t wearing them. Available in various designs, there is no better way to store your Clip Ins. In only a few seconds, your hair is stored away and safe from getting dirty or mixed up in it’s surroundings.

Firstly I'd like to say that I have had your clip in products for over a year and I use them regularly and am so impressed by the product as it has remained shiny and healthy looking. Warranty
Dennipep hair extensions are covered by a 7 day return policy, where an exchange or refund may be offered, at the discretion of Dennipep.
Warranty is valid only in instances where the wrong colour has been delivered, and where the hair has not been worn, coloured or treated in any way apart from what is mentioned here.
Please note that your right to warranty or exchange is immediately voided if there are any signs of use, dye or damage in any way. It is at the discretion of Dennipep to determine if this has occured.
All 10pcs must be sent back in the same condition as it was delivered. This means it must be in the packaging and tied at the top as it was when delivered to you. It is assumed that the only time the hair would have to be removed from the pack is to check the colour match and to test the 100% human hair claim by running a hair styler through it to ensure that no synthetic or anything other than human hair is present.
It can be safely assumed that satisfation with the hair quality was acheived before wearing, as compliance with the above methods of testing would have deemed it to be a high enough quality to wear/dye it in the first instance.
Any returns after the 7 day period will not be accepted.
